Lavender Field at Caley Mill at Heacham
SC0494
Caley Mill, or Heacham watermill, as it is also known, looks very different to most other mills in Norfolk, being Gothic revival in architectural style and built of local carr-stone. It was also unique in Norfolk for having its waterwheel uncovered on the outside of the building. It is now famous for its Norfolk lavender fields.
