Crummock Water

from £40.00

View along Crummock Water towards Buttermere. The mountain of Mellbreak rises up from the western shore of the lake with the peaks of Red Pike and High Stile at the head of the lake. The gate in the drystone wall leads to a footpath that guides you around the edge of the lake towards Rannerdale Knott, famous for is display of bluebells each spring.

The photograph was taken on a sparkling summer's day when I was grateful to be off work and not in the office with the sun on my face whilst looking at the glittering water..
